The Westminster Wall mounted greenhouse is a wall mounted greenhouse that is designed to hang on the wall to save you bending and takes up no ground space – making it ideal for the smaller garden. Designed to be fixed on to a sturdy brick wall, the ultra-narrow greenhouse design is one of the smallest greenhouses we manufacture. Designed around a standard seed tray, depth from the wall is kept to an absolute minimum, making it ideal even for side passages.
A slatted base allows plants to be placed inside the wall mounted greenhouse and two adjustable seed tray shelves are designed to accept seed trays or pots.
The wall frame comes with stainless fixings to fix it onto a brick wall. It is important that the installer assesses the strength of the wall to make sure it will bear the weight of the wall frame and its contents; and change the wall fixings to more suitable fixings if necessary.
The sliding doors provide easy access into the small greenhouse and do not open beyond the footprint of the greenhouse. The sliding doors also allow infinitely variable ventilation – just an inch or so in the early spring to wide open in the summer. In addition, the roof panels slide open for superb summer ventilation.
Aluminium structure with 25 year framework guarantee and stainless steel fixings – designed to last a lifetime! Wall fixings included.
The 4mm toughened safety glass provides excellent light transmission and traps early spring heat much better than plastic sheets, and unlike plastic will not go milky with age. The glass will not flex in strong winds or under snow loads.
The seed tray shelves can be adjusted for height and can be removed or dropped flat when not required in summer. Strong but slim aluminium bars reduce shading of the plants below.
As an option, the framework can be Colour Coated.
