Our water butts all hold a unique quality as they have been crafted from various distillery’s recycled whiskey barrels. Each barrel has a story, some originated from America having been used for bourbon, others used for sherry in Spain or even port pipes in Portugal. The barrels are then used in Scotland to develop the flavours in the whiskey. In their third life the barrel then becomes ours and we recycle it once more and they are restored and crafted to be water butts.
