The SIP FX100 Welding Fume Extractor is a powerful and portable fume extractor designed to capture low to mid-level concentrates of welding fume pollutants. Suitable for welding stations, automotive settings and small workshops.
Featuring a powerful 3-stage filtration system and fitted with a 2mtr reinforced suction hose and large magnetic suction hood, the FX100 filters 99.5% of sparks, spatter and dust as well as harmful fumes and gases.
This supports HSE requirements for handling weldable materials, which helps to reduce exposure to hazardous pollutants and improve work area air quality.
Applications & uses: Ideal for welding stations, automotive settings and small workshops. Designed for low to mid-level concentrates of welding fume pollutants.
Features:
- 99.5% FILTRATION OF HAZARDOUS POLLUTANTS USING A 3-STAGE INTERNAL FILTRATION SYSTEM: Stage 1 - MESH SPARK ARRESTOR: Captures larger particles including sparks and spatter, preventing them from reaching and damaging next-stage filters. Stage 2 - CYLINDER CARTRIDGE FILTER: Filters dust and fumes generated during the welding process to improve work area air quality. Stage 3 - CARBON FILTER: This final stage removes fume odours through absorption to maximise the filtration process. Replacement cartridge and carbon filters are available. Replacing them will maximise the performance and working life of the machine; SIP Cylinder Cartridge Filter (WE08-00052), SIP Carbon Filter (WE08-00053), SIP Cylinder Cartridge & Carbon Filter Kit (WE08-00057).

Large magnetic and tilt-adjust suction hood helps to channel and capture harmful fumes.
