All children are sure to love playing in this super playhouse and it also looks great in the garden too. The Kitty has been a favourite for many years and it's not hard to see why. With an enclosed area of 4' x 4' plus the small veranda it is an ideal first playhouse. It is tested to EN71 the European safety standard for toys. The timber is all high grade, certified and supplied in a honey brown timber basecoat ready for you to apply your own top coat; once you've agreed on a colour! The Kitty is clad in 12mm shiplap boards on a 34mm square framing with a T&G floor and OSB roof. All fixings and roof felt are provided along with assembly instructions. Dimensions shown are for the exterior wall of the building. (Imperial measurements are rounded so please refer to the metric sizes for accuracy)

Made in the UK with high grade shiplap timber over sturdy 34mm framing with OSB roof and T&G floor. This playhouse complies with BS EN 71 the safety standard and carries the CE mark. Dip treated base coat preservative ready for top coating. All fixings, roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
