The Hatter House really is the ultimate playhouse and creates a stunning feature in your Garden. This miniature mansion certainly has the Wow factor! The Hatter House has two floors, the upper floor being reached by a small flight of steps, for endless fun. This play house is fully CE certified and complies with BS EN71 for the safety of your children. The door is fitted with a full length piano hinge to prevent finger traps and the windows are glazed with styrene. It is manufactured in t&g (shiplap) timber from high grade, slow grown, FSC approved, northern European pine. The playhouse is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for you to top coat immediately after installation, this could be wood paint or stain. The floor of the playhouse is tongue and groove timber as is the roof which is covered externally with green mineral felt for protection from the weather. This playhouse requires self-assembly using the instructions supplied; fixings and roof felt are provided. It will require two to three people. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
