A shaped facia and two window boxes add the finishing touches as well as the pretty mock antique hinges and diamond window detail to the door. The 'Upstairs' is 830x1720 mm and comes complete with balustrade, ladder and banister rail. The floor of the playhouse is T&G and the T&G roof is covered with green mineral felt for protection from the weather. It is fully CE certified and complies with BS EN71 for the safety of your children. The door is fitted with a full length piano hinge to prevent finger traps and the 5 windows are glazed with Perspex. It is manufactured in T&G (shiplap) from high grade, slow grown, approved, northern European pine. The playhouse is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for top coating by you immediately on installation.
