With an enclosed area of 4' x 4' plus the small canopy it is an ideal first playhouse. It is tested to EN71 the European safety standard for toys. The timber is all high grade, certified and supplied in a honey brown timber basecoat ready for you to apply your own top coat; once you've agreed on a colour! The Club is clad in 12mm shiplap boards on a 34mm square framing with a T&G floor and OSB roof. There is a large, opening, joinery made window fitted with plastic safety glazing. All fixings and roof felt are provided along with assembly instructions. Dimensions shown are for the exterior wall of the building. (Imperial measurements are rounded so please refer to the metric sizes for accuracy)
