This Pent Shed has a joinery quality storm resistant opening window to the front of the building which is interchangeable left to right with the door. Both roof and floor are manufactured from solid sheet OSB. The cladding is 12mm slow grown, very high grade approved pine on 34mm square framing. Roof felt and a fixing kit are provided. It is finished with a honey brown basecoat preservative treatment ready for top coating immediately on installation to your choice of paint or stain. (Imperial measurements are rounded so please refer to the metric sizes for accuracy). Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.

Manufactured from high grade, FSC approved timber with 12mm shiplap tongue and groove cladding over sturdy 34mm square framing, OSB roof and T&G floor. A padlock friendly hasp & staple is supplied for the single door.

If you purchase the assembly service prior to the assembly of your garden building, we will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. To ensure that you have a suitable base in situ, we will contact you to check this and once this has passed, we will contact you to book the delivery and assembly service.
